CAP Money Course

With so many in our church family and community facing difficult days, the church has expanded our team of CAP Money Coaches and is able to offer courses in the Godalming area once more.

CAP Money is a free, short course that makes managing your money simple. It teaches budgeting skills and a cash-based system that really works. This course will help anyone to get more control of their finances, so they can save, give and prevent debt.

Binscombe Church has partnered with award-winning charity Christians Against Poverty to offer CAP Money courses in our community. The service is completely free.

Whether you feel pretty organised or whether it's like a lucky dip every time you try to withdraw cash from your account, the CAP Money Course will help you take complete control of your finances. There are extra resources for those on low incomes, self-employed people, couples, families and those preparing for retirement – whoever you are, the CAP Money Course will be relevant to you.

For those who also need professional assistance with managing existing debt, CAP provides a free advice line with trained advisors where course delegates can follow up for more support.

Our next three-week course will be running Tuesdays 7.30-9.30pm on Jan 25th, Feb 1st and Feb 8th 2022.  We will meet at our church building on the corner of Barnes Road and Loseley Road (GU7 3RF).  There is parking on-site and step-free access to the building.

Call 01483 425652 or email to find out more or complete our online booking form.

You can let us know any access or dietary requirements when you book.  You can also register your interest for future courses if you can’t make our dates in January and February 2022.

The CAP Money Course is the biggest provider of adult face-to-face money tuition in the UK. The free help is for everyone regardless of age, gender, faith or background.

“Christians Against Poverty isn’t about helping Christians, it’s about helping people. The drive, the reason you do it, is your Christianity and your faith and I will never knock that. I think that’s right. The most important thing is the enormous number of results, and every time I mention Christians Against Poverty, I get people who tell me how it’s changed their lives.”
